Introduction
Vehicle Inspectorate Areas maintain a list of Tachograph centres approved for the installation, calibration, periodic inspection and minor repairs of Tachographs. They also list authorised tachograph repairers approved to carry out major tachograph repairs. Both Tachograph Centres and the Tachograph Repair Centres are required to be approved by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions.

This document is provided through The Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions based on data provided by its Vehicle Inspectorate as at 28/01/05. It is important to bear in mind that, whilst the intention of The Department is to update this list on an annual basis, the details in it, particularly those concerning tachograph centres and approved repairers, are subject to change and the approval granted to a centre or authorised repairer can be withdrawn by the Secretary of State or cancelled at their own request. The details in this list must therefore be considered as indicative only.
